Looking into the maintaince and up keep for the canvas cover for the trailer and I learned to avoid silicon based sprays used for waterproofing . It will break down the acrylic fibers and make damage worse. Look for fluoropolymer-based sprays.

I wonder what my neibors think of my mess and i do mean mess.

I am so glad Robert helped me open up the trailer. I forgot how to. We learned if you dont do it the same way it is a big pain to get up right. Not to mention it was kinda musty smelling from the winter. The great thing is the canvas held up very very well. The only thing we really have to do is water proof the canvas. Oh and I need to finish the windows I did one last summer, need to get the other 2 done

This is my mom and dads lantern that we used when i was growing up. I remember using it when we would go camping at Happy Camp in Neatarts Bay with Grandma and Grandpa Beard. I took it apart to clean and paint some of the rusted parts.
